Another excellent afternoon at the Bikery attending the Gearing modular workshop. Tutor Toby was friendly and informative. We covered a wide curriculum with demonstrations, hands on practical work and introductions to the extensive range of Shimano technical information which is available online. The small class size allowed for the content to be tailored to attendees specific interests. Overall, a great afternoon. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed an excellent afternoon on the Wheel Truing class. Tutor Rob was friendly and informative. The small class size ensured a high level of personal attention and wide ranging and interesting bicycle/cycling based conversation. The class provided excellent value for money and I will be on the look out for other classes to attend. Highly recommended.

My boys loved it. Finding other people as pationate about biking as them and an adult that actually understood was great.
They've came home pretty excited and keen to go to more sessions, if more came up.

Very informative and valuable workshop. Everything was explained and easy language adjusting to the learners’ ability to comprehend the information.
Practical demonstration and hands on tasks were easy to follow, and we will be able to do it ourselves. I wish I would have taken part in this workshop years ago. Thank you for sharing your expertise!

The home mechanic course was excellent. Lots of useful info & help. Very practical. Hopefully my bikes will enjoy the improvements in service resulting from this course.

I did my 3 hour taster session last Wednesday at the Bikery. I really enjoyed it and felt really included and valued for my contribution; 3 hours of disassembling donated bikes for spares or disposal. Looking forward to returning next Wednesday if they’ll let me back in.

This place is amazing! I highly recommend the courses they offer. Rob is a fantastic trainer, very knowledgeable, explains everything clearly and at exactly the right pace. A very worthwhile experience and a great way to gain confidence in bike maintenance and repairs.

Absolutely excellent class again, taught by Rob. The full day’s class was very well structured, completely un-rushed and incredibly informative. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to learn more about servicing their own bikes. The small two hour classes are also well worth attending. I am eagerly waiting the next course.
